Please VOTE!!

So our 4 year old daughter is VERY interested in our Presidential Election coming up. She has asked many questions about it and has even watched the debates with us. So to further her knowledge in this we decided to set up a "voting booth" in our home for friends and family. We will count up our votes on the evening of the election to see if our friends and family agree with the rest of the U.S. If you would like to vote and are too far to swing by and drop your ballot, please vote with your absentee ballot a.k.a. leaving a comment on this post. By the way Payton is for Obama. We have all been very tight lipped about who we are voting for in our home, probably more because we are still undecided, but she is a strong Obama supporter. When asked why she is for him she says, "Because I think he is going to win!"

McCain --- Don't like Palin at all, but want McCain to have my vote. Let's hope he doesn't kick the bucket.

McCain/Palin - Not the craziest about this vote but I have no idea who in the world Biden is - so I will go with McCain/Palin I guess. More options please.

McCain/Palin. I am not crazy about McCain (I was a Ron Paul supporter in the primaries), and I agree that BIG change is in order, but not the kind of change that Obama is talking about. I figure maybe McCain will at least not send us right off the cliff of the slippery slope towards socialism that our country has been edging towards for the last hundred years. Personally I hate politics, though, and will be thrilled when all this is over. I know God is still on the throne either way, and I plan on a good life and doing my part (including praying for and respecting the President), no matter who is in the Oval Office.

Sorry to be so long-winded, and Alden will love to vote in Payton's election at your house, but I thought I'd get my vote in here.

:)
